4. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

We do not guarantee results, including revenue, leads, conversions, ROAS, or business growth. Marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

5. Remote Device Control Disclaimer

During consulting sessions, we may request remote control of your computer to assist with technical tasks. By granting access, you acknowledge and agree that:

You voluntarily permit remote access.
You accept full responsibility for any outcomes, changes, errors, or performance issues.
Funnel Visions is not liable for data loss, mistakes, unintended edits, or negative performance impact.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

All payments must be made in full unless stated otherwise.

B. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, consulting fees, retainers, or services.

C. Chargebacks

You agree not to file chargebacks before contacting us. Unauthorized chargebacks constitute breach of contract.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website—including frameworks, videos, documents, trainings, and call recordings—is owned by Funnel Visions. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

We may use or recommend third-party software such as Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRMs, payment processors, and communication tools. We are not responsible for outages, bans, platform decisions, or data errors from third-party systems.

Funnel Visions is not liable for any damages, including financial losses, lost revenue, ad performance issues, downtime, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the past 30 days.
